When this client approached us to design and build their dream home, it seemed like a straightforward project. Except, the dream home was to be a breath-taking 25000 sq. ft. mansion in New Delhi. Another difference? The client was based in Dubai, so the entire project would have to be coordinated online. That’s exactly what we ended up doing. From showcasing our ideas to presenting our options to helping them choose the designs, we conducted everything virtually. We even worked closely with our client’s accountant to get all budget approvals in place to ensure seamless operations.

Now, the project is nearing completion, and it has shaped up beautifully and our client is thrilled with the result. Carrying out a project of this scale without having the client present, or even meeting them once in-person tested our Project Management skills, but we enjoyed every bit of the challenge.
